Why can I receive my earnings after 8 days?

Steam’s Trade Protection System, launched on July 15, 2025, allows CS2 trades to be reversible for 7+1 days.
The SELLER can cancel the trade within this 7+1-day period, which is why we created ByNoGame Buyer Protection. The amount collected from the BUYER is held in the ByNoGame Secure Pool until the end of this period, before being transferred to the SELLER.

What is Steam Trade Protection?

"Steam's Trade Protection System”, launched on July 15, 2025, allows CS2 trades to be reversible for 7+1 days.

Why is it 7+1 days and not 7 days?

The Steam Trade Protection system holds trades for 7 days. However, due to the time difference between Steam's servers (America, GMT-8) and Turkey (GMT+3), this duration can be extended by +1 day (24 hours). As a result, the balance transfer period is 7 + 1 days.

What happens if I cancel a trade that is under trade protection?

ATTENTION! If you cancel a trade under protection: All of your protected trades will be cancelled. All skins under protection will be returned to their original state. Your account will receive a 30-day trade ban, and you will not be able to trade on the Steam Community Market.

Can I make any changes on a skin under trade hold?

NO. No accessories (charm, sticker, or name tag) can be added, removed, or changed on a skin under trade protection. If a cancellation occurs, your skin will be returned to your inventory in its original state.

How can I track my earnings during trade hold?

On your "Selling & Listing” page, for completed listings, you will see labels such as "DELIVERED" or "STEAM TRADE PROTECTION", along with the number of days remaining for payment. For earnings under "STEAM TRADE PROTECTION," the remaining days for the payment will also be displayed.
At the top of your My Sales & Deliveries page, you can see your total balance and your 'Trade Protection Pending Balance' separately. When the 7+1 days are up, the right to retract the trade expires, and we will automatically transfer your "Trade Protection Pending Balance" to your ByNoGame Wallet.
💡 No action is required on your part during this process. Your only task is to submit the trade offer through Steam and not retract it during the 7+1 days. That’s all.

Can the Buyer withdraw the amount pending in the ByNoGame Secure Pool?

NO. The Buyer cannot withdraw the payment. Your money is 100% secured by ByNoGame and will be held for the full 7+1 days.

BUYER cancels under trade protection, any ByNoGame penalty?

ATTENTION! All of your protected trades will be cancelled, and all skins under protection will be returned. Your account will receive a 30-day trade ban, and you will not be able to make transactions on the Steam Community Market.
In this case, ByNoGame may suspend this account temporarily or permanently. ByNoGame will charge the BUYER a 5% transaction security fee of the product price and transfer it to the SELLER's wallet to compensate for any losses.
ByNoGame charges the BUYER a 10% service fee of the product price for the transaction.

What should I do if the BUYER cancels a trade under trade protection?

You can notify us by: Clicking on Details for the relevant sale in your Selling&Listing page. Then, click the flag icon at the bottom right or follow the steps "Create Support Ticket” > Report Issue > About Buyer.
Once your application reaches us, we will prioritize and review your case. If we confirm that the Buyer has canceled the trade, the 5% transaction security fee will be deducted from the pending amount in ByNoGame Buyer Protection, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible.
Additionally, ByNoGame may suspend the BUYER's account temporarily or permanently as a penalty.

SELLER cancels under trade protection, any ByNoGame penalty?

ATTENTION! All of your protected trades will be cancelled, and all skins under protection will be returned to their original state. Your account will receive a 30-day trade ban, and you will not be able to trade on the Steam Community Market. ByNoGame, as part of its Buyer Protection, will remove all of the SELLER's listings and suspend their store for 7+1 days.
The Trade URL associated with the seller will be locked across the site, and during this period, the seller will not be able to sell from other accounts.

What should I do if the SELLER cancels a trade under trade protection?

You can notify us by clicking the ' "Apply for ByNoGame Buyer Protection” ' button under the relevant order on the My Orders page, or by following these steps: Create Support Ticket > Report Issue > 'ByNoGame Buyer Protection'.
Once your application reaches us, we will prioritize and review your case. If we confirm that the SELLER has canceled the trade, the relevant order amount will be refunded to your ByNoGame Wallet as soon as possible. ByNoGame, as part of its Buyer Protection, will remove all of the SELLER's listings and suspend their store for 7 days.
The Trade URL associated with this action will be locked, and during this period, the seller will not be able to sell from other accounts.
