The Call of Duty community is a passionate one, always eager to provide feedback and suggestions for how to make the game better. Developers like Infinity Ward and Treyarch have taken note of this feedback, often rolling out updates and fixes to address issues raised by players. The recent Season 2 Reloaded update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 brought with it a significant amount of new content, including a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover with Shredder as a playable operator.
One of the most exciting new features introduced in Season 2 was the addition of Ranked Play, a fan favorite element that has quickly become a hit. Despite the occasional issues with hackers, players are loving the limited map pool and the addition of new maps like Himmelmatt Expo for game modes Control and Search & Destroy.
But the good news doesn't stop there. Activision has quietly confirmed that a Ranked Mode is also being developed for Warzone 2, which has been teased as a future release on the horizon. Fans may have to wait a bit longer for Warzone ranked to become a reality, however, as it seems that the Call of Duty development teams are currently focused on bringing it to players in Season 3 and beyond.
With the Call of Duty community constantly providing feedback, it's great to see the developers taking this feedback to heart and rolling out updates and fixes to improve the overall experience. Whether you're a fan of Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2, there's plenty to look forward to in the coming months.
